Truecoco receives AA - BBB project rating from Sylvera

Truecoco is happy to announce that the Tikobo One project has been rated AA - BBB by carbon ratings agency, Sylvera.

Sylvera describe the project: “The high scoring range for the project is largely driven by the low additionality risk, primarily due to the negligible concerns around the project’s common practices. Sylvera’s analysis indicates that credits issued by the project:

• are very likely to be additional

• have few overcrediting risk

• have some non-permanence risks

What Does a Sylvera Rating Mean? 

Sylvera is one of the world’s leading carbon data platforms, assessing whether a project’s claimed climate impact truly reflects reality. Ratings are determined across four core pillars:

• Carbon Score: Measures actual carbon reductions or removals a project can deliver.
